Position Overview:
The Deputy Program Manager is a liaison between GCE leadership and the client. The primary duty is to customarily and regularly direct multiple full-time team members or their equivalent. May also direct the work of GCE subcontractors. Responsible for leading and supervising assigned staff and ensuring staff perform the highest quality of work that meets or exceeds contract standards as established by GCE. Authority to hire and/or fire staff (or whose suggestions and recommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other team members are given particular weight). Responsible for the fiscal performance of the contract to promote maximum efficiency.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $141,368.00 - $168,036.00 per year.
